It is always the right moment to stop and come to the present moment : to set an intention and take the opportunity to give our life a direction. By intentionally bringing our attention on a heartfelt aim, or desire, we may gain during this retreat more clarity and deepen this wish in us.
The invitation is to consciously take this moment of becoming aware of this desire and anchor it in our body, mind and heart as a gift to ourselves. With setting an intention we may experience a shift and change in our physical and emotional well-being , as bringing attention on somethings energizes us.
In alignment with nature , we will practice different kind of meditations practices and cultivate the mindful attitudes to strengthen ourselves and prepare us for potential moments of difficulty .
