
Guided Mindful walking : Arboretum in Tervuren
Mindful walking is a wonderful possibility to take a pause, step out of our busy lives and reconnect with our senses. Taking a moment to nourish ourselves by diving into the nature with all its beauty, power and gifts. Becoming aware of how we feel in our body, mind and emotions, turning inside and becoming still. And maybe.. being able of letting go, feeling grounded and being resourced to venture out again.
Please wear comfortable clothing and solid shoes ! We will walk only with dry weather as it might not be prudent in case of rain. As we are starting our session at 7pm sharp, I invite you to be there 10 min earlier. I suggest to confirm your attendance in order for us to know you are joining !
