Achtsamkeit und Yoga sind eng miteinander verwoben. Mit unserem gemeinsamen Retreat möchten wir dir mit auf den Weg geben beides in deinem Alltag zu nutzen und zu integrieren.

In den Achtsamkeit & Meditations-Sitzungen werden wir die 8 Sitzungen des Achtsamkeits-MBSR-Kurses behandeln. Es sind keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich. Die Yogaklassen sind sowohl für Anfänger als auch für geübte Yogi(ni)s geeignet.

Ablauf des Retreats:

Wir starten jeden Tag mit einer Vinyasa – Yoga- Klasse, die sowohl für Beginner wie auch geübte Yogis geeignet ist. Vormittags und nachmittags wird Christine durch 1-2 Achtsamkeitsblocks führen.

Der Tag wird entweder mit einer ruhigen Yin- Yoga bzw. Yoga Nidra Stunde beendet. Hierbei geht es vorrangig darum, zur Ruhe zu kommen und den Körper zu dehnen.
